Cream cake

Composition:

Sugar 1.5 cups;
Eggs: 3;
Soda: 1 teaspoon;
Cocoa 1 tablespoon;
Yogurt 3 cups;
Butter 3 tablespoons;
Flour 2.5 cups;
Condensed milk: 1 piece;
Milk 2 cups;
